AVOID. This restaurant displays menu signs which have sharp edges right at the height of a toddlers head. My son cut his head open badly on one of these. While his head was bleeding badly the staff attempted to usher us into the bathroom out of the way. Not wanting to subject my child to the germs of a bathroom while his head was pouring. I was astonished & after cleaning him up as best I could I asked to speak to the manager who was extremely rude and unhelpful. After having to take my son to the doctor to get his wound cleaned and put back together, I ended up calling the CEO of the company who was very apologetic, then called me back to assure me that they would treat situations like this in future seriously and they would change the signs in the doorways to avoid other children getting hurt. Needless to say, every single restaurant STILL HAS THE SIGNS. The newest one in Redmond has the sign right outside the door on the way in. I emailed the company to point out that the signs were still present and they completely ignored me. My friends & I will no longer visit this restaurant chain.
Machine-made pasta surprises with its consistent quality..
In Short
Key to Pallino's vision is a machine from Switzerland that portions, cooks and drains a serving of pasta in 90 seconds; kids love the "pasta rocket" for the name as much as parents appreciate the speedy delivery. The pasta is available as thin spaghetti, cheese ravioli or chicken tortellini, and is topped with one of fifteen sauces that the staff prepares on the spot.
