D-Subs is the best.
The subs are big, taste really good, and are pretty cheap. A full sub will run you at most $6, and you won't need to eat again for a long time. The owners are really nice, too!
For comparison, D-Subs is way better than Quizno's and Subway, and is just as inexpensive. It's also better than Which Wich across the street.
The only problem is that they close pretty early, I think 8 on weekdays and 7 on Saturdays, and aren't open at all on Sundays.
