Ok so I loved the tech fixing my home after my hot water tank decided to rupture, but if when he called to tell his (boss?) that I was paying out of pocket and could not afford the estimate I was given she had the audacity to tell him to do whatever he could to get the job and that there was no reason he couldn't, thankfully i heard this conversation. He did only the work I could afford (which I let him do so he wouldn't get fired) and he did an awesome job! I would give him Kudos on here but I am sure they would fire him if they saw his name on here so I won't......but i hope he knows that I really feel for him! and appreciated the job he did!
