In Short – Mirroring a Parisian gift salon during the 1920s and '30s, this one-stop-specialty-shop offers a whimsical mishmash of timeless vintage and contemporary chic items with a distinct European flair. Hard-to-find merchandise includes imported teas from Mariage Freres in France, sweet-smelling candles from Skeem and body-care products and fragrances by Officina di Profuma di Santa Maria Novella, Acqua di Colonia and Esteban Paris. Beautiful stationery, wrapping papers and ribbons by the yard are also offered.
Unfriendly help

I went shopping on Ballard Ave yesterday to re-discover all the cute shops. I had great experiences at every shop but Lucca! I walked in and said hello, the woman behind the register looked me up & down and did not answer me. I just came from the dog park so I wasn't "done up" but that doesn't justify the cold shoulder. She went back to her paperwork and pretended I wasn't there. I began to look around and decided I shouldn't give someone so rude my business so I immediately walked out-- without a goodbye from the saleswoman, but that was expected. There's great, friendly businesses on Ballard Ave, just NOT AT LUCCA!
- Pros: Great Location
- Cons: Lacks Customer Service 101
