Bag all the expensive advertising. Called this organization last night, after receiving a coupon. We had a burst pipe. Apathetic answering service - even more so, "dispatcher", who sounded as though he was being bothered. They advertise 24 hour service, however, the first available appointment was between 9 - noon.........hmmmm.

I can write this review because I DID have actual experience with this company about three years ago. They came out to fix a showerhead and had to come back the next day because it was not done correctly. The second time - after arguing with me for one hour, as to whether I owed money - my home was left with mud on the carpet; a shower door off the track and scratches on the track. I did NOT pay the second time as the person on the phone told me I did not have to do so and I had already paid a measly $350. I supplied the showerhead. Apparently the guy arguing with me was the son of the owner and made me late for an appointment. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!! We only called last night because we had received a coupon and an apology from a person over the phone............apparently NOTHING has changed.
