Growing pains, a brutal murder and a high price tag!. Gets you a pretty interesting if not memorable experience living in one of Seattles premier corporate leased dwelling or (Home) as they put it. Overall, worth the price tag if the management would screen the neighbors a little better. The current crop is slightly star struck with the spirit of compassion and community living right at their doorsteps.

Great view, narrow parking spaces, pretty neat. This place is quite good, the only one complaint is, that parking spaces in the garage are too narrow, like they were made only for mini's. And the lock at the front entrance door doesn't work very good, so if you don't have a magnetic card, you can spend there a few monutes, trying to open the door with the key.

So you can try it (if you don't drive a truck)
