Yellow cab sure screwed us over! When my wife called to make the reservation, she told them there would be 5 adults plus luggage to go to the airport. The response was a cheery "That's what we do!"

The day arrives and a tiny Prius that could not hold 4 people, much less their luggage, shows up. The driver says "You'll have to call Dispatch" and takes off! I called Dispatch and complained that we were promised room for 4 people plus luggage. The response was "We only send vans for wheelchairs." When I pointed out rather heatedly that we had requested a car for 4 adults plus luggage, he HUNG UP ON ME!! Thanks, Yellow Cab. Way to screw your customers! We had to drive to the airport ourselves and pay for 2 weeks parking.

I should point out that while in Europe, which is widely known for its tiny cars, we never had an issue fitting four adults plus luggage into a taxi. If I could give Yellow Cab minus stars, I would!

very rude dispatcher!. when I called yellow cab dispatch,she was very rude! and before I could get my address outta my mouth she hung up. I called back and now w/ caller id they have she no answer my call, so I called farwest they were very kind and had me on my way in 10 min. so I again gave them the benefit of doubt, again before I could spit out address she hung up,so I called back, again w/caller id they no answer, needles to say I was very upset and wanted to scream. I called farwest again and they were there in 15 min. I told the farwest cab driver what yellow cab had done, he stated that yellow cab gets all the airport calls and dont have much time for (us) others. I will never call yellow cab again!! I say boycott the company or fire the dispathers.

Unreliable, Never showed up after an hour of waiting. My mechanic called them at 4:45 PM. I specified Yellow Cab because they give a 10% discount for having a AAA membership. Company never sent cab. Called a second time around 5:30-5:45 PM, told it would be another 20-30 minutes. That was fine with me as it was pouring outside and there was a Sunday paper insider for me to read in the cold winter night. Finally, sent an Orange Cab to pick me up but that cab would not honor the Yellow Cab AAA show your card and save discount.

took us on a ride of seattle. Day one. Took a yellow cab to a bike shop, he figured he had a tourst here and started to take us over a few bridges etc what he did not count on is that we had a Seattle resident in the back seat. After playing dumb a few times we finally got to where we were going. Later I biked it which took less than 10 minutes. We were in the cab for at least 30 minutes. Crooks Never let the front desk call a Yellow cab for you!

Day Two.

A Yellow cab picked me up at the hotel. I misplaced something in the cab. Cab sped away before I collected my belongings. Dispach was rude, not helpfull, said there were no owners to the business no chain of command, all the cabs were contractors so there is no accounability. I will never use a Yellow Cab again in Seattle.

Whats your address!!!!. Thats the first thing dispatch said when i called. No hello this is yellow cab or hello how can i help you, i called twice and both times i got a Whats your address. Then I told them i didnt need the cab for another 2 hours and they said then call back when you need one and hung up! Because my voucher only worked for these guys i called to get my cab later (the same greeting) and the cab came 1 hour later after i got an automated message saying my cab was out in front 30 mins earlier. Whats worse? The cab driver didnt know the road and i paid double what i should have!! Oh yeah i tried to tell him which way to go but will he listen no.. he says he knows where the hell hes going and makes me pay double what other companies are charging.. can you say SCAM ALERT!! These guys have to be the WORST cab company in the WORLD!!! there is a green alternative in seattle i found out about and 1 their cheaper then this place 2 they use hybrids and 3 the people are nice. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. i would rather walk than to ride with them again!

AVOID YELLOW CAB CO. OR RISK MISSING YOUR FLIGHT........ Very poor service and operators are rude on top of it. I booked a cab hours in advance from home to SeaTac (Seattle airport) for 9 PM. Till 8:45 they had no clue. At 9:15 operator said we have no confirmation but some cab driver will be there soon. I asked when they said we don't know and we do not guaruntee anything. They won't even call me back. At about 10:30 PM I gave up and hopped in my car and drove to the airport. I paid over $100 in parking. I was lucky the lines were short and got the flight. Don't take a chance.

NEVER YELLOW CAB AGAIN EVER!!!!
