Excellent Pilates Classes for Beginners. Vitality Pilates has given me a new outlook on not only pilates, but on body awareness and exercise. My first experience with pilates was in a drop-in class at a community college - it resulted with me on my back for an hour in so much pain. I wouldn't go near that kind of exercise for over a year.

Vitality Pilates caught my eye in which the location was convenient and there was an introductory series for beginners. My back never hurt and, in time, my clothes started to bet looser and my core was getting stronger. I am very aware of using my core now, thanks to the very helpful instructors. All of them are understanding and easy to get along with. The classes are also very flexible and I can reschedule them online on my own. The price is also very reasonable and I can use my credit card if needed.

I highly recommend Vitality Pilates to anyone even curious about pilates.

The Best Pilates Training in Seattle!. I have tried many different types of fitness facilities and never really found my niche, until now! I love Vitality Pilates. They have a beautiful location and a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Their prices are the best in Seattle and you get much more then you pay for! I attend classes 3 times a week and within a few weeks was feeling stronger, healthier and more flexible...I think I look pretty good too. If you have ever wanted to give Pilates a try or are unhappy with your current training, I defiantly recommend joining Vitality.
