We had a small leak in our water main. We had a few quotes from others. Andy came out & he was very thorough in what they would do. Their quote was the best and after reading all the positive online reviews, we went with Akers Outdoor Plumbing. Best decision we made! They used less pipe than what was estimated and adjusted our bill accordingly! Andy, Traci and the rest of the Akers crew are good, honest people.

They did a great job replacing my water line. The price was great, the service was even better. They gave me a temporary line, finished the job in 1 day, and completely repaired the landscaping. I completely recommend them!

Great service!. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Professional, genuine and down right legit! My main needed to be replaced and I was terrified of being taken for a ride. Andy and his team showed up with a confident and professional presentation and gave me a realistic, honest and fair offer. The job was done next day, and completed when I returned home from work. My yard looks untouched and they were wonderful. I couldn't be happier. Will recommend them 1000x over.

Perfect Water Line Replacement. The Akers team has unsurpassed quality in their workmanship. They gave me a good quick quote, their explanation of their processes and what they could do for me was clear and justified. They listened to my needs about maintaining my house ground through the pipes, and they were able to accommodate without any excuses. Their installation on the inside of my house through the foundation looks 100 times better than how it did before. I am very impressed with their work and highly recommend them for water line replacements.

Choose Akers for Quality. I can't remember when I've been so pleased with a contractor. The work was done in a timely, professional manner as promised. Best of all....no surprises! He even went out of his way to give extra (weather) protection to the newly installed water pressure regulator at no extra cost. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Worth every penny. As another reviewer stated, the city inspector said that all of Akers' jobs have been top quality.

Superb Side Sewer Replacement!. You can and should listen to all the other reviewers below! Andy Akers and his crew are true diamonds in the rough. We had to have our side sewer replaced this fall and after receiving a bid from a larger company we got a second opinion from Andy. He and his team gave us a more thorough bid and took the time to explain to us everything that needed to be done. They kept everything well organized and always kept us updated on what they were doing. They were extremely professional, thoughtful and courteous and made sure to talk to both of our neighbors and our tenant about the work so everyone knew what to expect. It is rare these days to have the owner of the company actually out in the trench installing pipes, yet Andy was there! Andy and his crew did excellent work. At the completion of the job, they had extra gravel and used it on the side of our house and left it looking better than it had before the job was done. These are THE guys to call if your sewer needs fixing. I can't recommend them enough!

Beyond our Expectations!. From the first contact with Traci Akers, to the final inspection, our experience with Akers Plumbing was beyond our expectations! The work included a complete replacement of the water line, requiring approximately 200 feet of digging throughout the back yard. This work was completed in two days with no evidence of the digging. We highly recommend Akers Plumbing. As noted by the City Inspector "all work was of the highest quality".

Like it never happend. They replaced a broken water main on our private well; the pipe was so old it had to be replaced from the well head to the house, they ran the new pipe in a sleeve and laid a trace wire in case we need to locate it the future. Andy told me the steps it would take to do the job and when it would be competed, the work progressed just like he said it would and the site looks better than when they showed up. We highly recommend Akers Outdoor Plumbing!

Best Outdoor Plumber. I am a very happy and grateful customer of Akers Outdoor Plumbing and I highly recommend their professionalism and integrity to anyone. Being left without water to the house after finding the main water supply overflowing in the front yard, I was somewhat concerned about how to find a reliable company who would not take advantage of our emergency situation. I called Akers at about 6:45 in the morning - they were at our house by 9. They answered our questions, gave us a fair estimate and took care of all the permitting and utilities. We had water again by late afternoon and the landscaping was restored the next day (to allow time for the inspector). They replaced the entire line from the the street to our house with state-of-the-art tubing in a sleeve for added protection. They used trenchless boring for most of the 45 ft distance - only digging a hole at the street and the foundation and another in the middle - the rest drilled underground. We were quite relieved since the trenchless technique saved our lawn and quite a bit of landscaping at the front of our house. But even with the smaller holes, Akers left the yard and rockery at the front of our house looking as good or even better than before the leak! Thanks for the great job Akers!
