Free amenities not provided as mentioned..
I have done my reservation via regular (not via BID)Priceline and in the amenities it was mentioned clearly that "Continental Breakfast, complimentary " but after checkin Hotel denied to provide me the same saying that "they don't give complimentry breakfast. We are sorry for the miss-communication". Then I checked with Priceline and they told me that I can checkout next day if I wants to and hotel will refund me for the unused nights. Priceline also agrees that the details regarding amenities were not updated and showing old information.
Priceline suggested that for any future booking please check with the hotel directly first and not to go for what is written on the website.
For more than 50 years, this hotel's familiar green sign has signaled budget-friendly lodging for families and business travelers..

OK, budget tourist hotel.
The front desk staff is very vice and accomadating, when I wanted to upgrade my room becasue we needed an extra bed she was very willing and did upgrade us to a rrom with a pull out sofa. The rooms are a good size and come with a little kitchenette, (microwave, small refrigerator and sink). The beds had spring mattresses and though not completely uncomfortable not luxurious by no means.
There were some wierdness going on in the room above us but this wasn't the hotel's fault.
A big con was the bath tub did not drain out well so when you took a shower you were standing in about three inches or ore of water because the water drained out so slow. I didn't call down about it becasue I was only staying for a night.
This Holiday Inn location is not centrally located in the middle of Seattle downtown but its an easy access to it. It's a short walk to the Space Needle and Seattle Center where you can catch the monarail to downtown. The only thing is the monarail run until about 9 PM and after that you had to take a cab or if you are feeling adventurous the bus back to the hotel.
Clean, convenient, Would recommend!!!. Our room was up-graded to a suite when we got there! Room was clean, plenty of towels...friendly, helpful service. About 3 blocks from the Space Needle, which has a tram to take you near the market. Across the street from a park. GREAT HOTEL! Will stay there again!
great room, great rate . . ..
Great room - relatively large, quiet, with small fridge and microwave.
Great staff - friendly and helpful
Great rate - literally $100 less a night
Great location - just a few blocks from the space needle (take the monorail downtown)
Great food - the Emerald Grill was very good. Not what one would expect from a Holiday Inn. Staff was very good. Service was efficient. Food well prepared and flavorful.
Not fancy but very servicable!
