If there was a selection for giving zero stars, I would for Overlake Family Vision.

Pros:

The can actually do eye exams.

Cons:

They charge approx $250 for one regular eye exam.

Actually appointment story:

My wife visited this "practice," (Overlake Family Vision) thinking she had vision converage under a self-insurance plan. She turned her insurance infromation in the the receptionist and waited about 20 minutes for the doctor to be ready for her scheduled appointment. When the doctor at Overlake Family Vision was finally was ready, she began the eye exam. About half-way through, the receptionshit came in and informed my wife that her insurance did not cover the exam.

Result:

We were charged the $250, with a discount, and paid $165 for a regular exam. So, we paid that much money for less than an hour's worth of work and for the doctor to be late by 20 minutes.

Like I said above, Overlake Family Vision can do exams, but I just wouldn't trust them to do right by you, the customer.

Better to go to a place like Costco where they only charge a resonable $49 for the same exam.

Don't go to Overlake Family Vision. They rip you off. Thanks for nothing, Overlake Family Vision.

BEST eye exam ever!. This was a wonderful experience! I am so pleased. The selection of eye wear for the entire family is amazing!

Dr. Baker explained the importance of my eye health and an annual exam, especially for children!

She also offers Vision Therapy for children and adults!

Outstanding Vision Care!. After visiting Dr. Baker's office at Overlake Hospital I can only say how happy I am with my experience. Her overall professionalism and understanding of what was needed to take care of my specific condition was so reassuring. Her staff is friendly and helpful and everything about my visit was positive.

I'd highly recommend Overlake Family Vision to anyone looking for an Optomitrist.
