Excellent!!!

Tracy altered my wedding dress recently and did an amazing job. With only one fitting, she transformed my dress and made it fit perfectly. Her prices are reasonable, and she was nice and professional. She was recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad that I went to see her ( I traveled from Yakima). My married friends were amazed that I didn't have multiple fittings, as was I. Thank you Tracy for helping my wedding dress fit like a glove!!!

Beautiful Wedding Dress! Just what I wanted!

My mother found Tracy on-line, and I loved her ability to listen to what we both wanted in our dresses and designed and created amazing works of art!

We are both plus size, and like everyone else I am concerned if she was going to be able to relate. She showed great professionalism and knew what how to make the dress look better on our types of bodies.

I would suggest her at any length, prompt, easy to work with and overall a wonderful women.

Also, her dog is adorable and I LOVED going into her shop every time to see that cute dog and give him some lovin' by the way we left with two dresses one in white and zero dog hair! Get over it!

Because of Tracy my wedding day will be more amazing then I ever thought!

She also modified two other dresses for me and they were PERFECT! Thank you! Also...no dog hair :)

Friendly, Professional and Fast

I have been working with Tracy for several years now since she used to do alterations for the high end womens store we used to have. Even though we are no longer in business, we still deal with her on a personal level and her service remains the same.. friendly, professional and fast. Her advice is always sound and she always takes a few minutes to just chat.. something that is sorely lacking in this day and age.

Satisified Customer

I have been a customer of Tracy Gail Custom Dress since the 1980's and have utilized her full range of services, from alterations to custom clothing to specialty items created per my request. Every experience has been highy satisfactory and my clothes fit beautifully. In 1996 she helped me design and creat my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses, working closely with me in choosing the fabrics and color tones, and helping create the exact results I had hoped for. It doesn't get better than that.

My latest experience with Tracy is a new pair of jeans from the line she is creating. They were done in two days and fit beautifully--to the point that I have been receiving unsolicited compliments and "where did you find them" comments--and for jeans! Who normally notices jeans?????

Tracy and her staff are high professional in the quality of their work and in their customer demeanor. I have been very happy with their services and will continue to use them.

Top notch work!

My first experience with Tracy was when she created a pair of gaiters to fit over my mountaineering boots. Colorful, practical, and sturdy! This gave me enough confidence to work with her on a suit and several blouses. I had a poor experiences with another tailor previously so was very nervous. Tracy assisted with fabric choices, helped me understand the pros and cons, DIDN'T push me to the most expensive fabric... She offered great insight to styling, length and so on. She did not rush the process, and was happy to make repeated adjustments at fittings until things were just right. I love the feel of my suit - and I never fail to get compliments on the fit. (I'm tall and can be difficult to fit.) I continue to be impressed by the range of Tracy's skills and have returned for additional work. I have referred several friends and they are now also happy clients.
