A few days ago we purchased a gas fireplace insert from Covington Aqua Quip. Couldn't be happier with the unit and the purchasing process. Sales staff is very knowlegable and helpful but not pushy. They made sure that we picked out the best unit for us. The installation went perfectly by a wonderful installer. I would recomend Aqua Quip to anyone interested in a fireplace insert. We are enjoying the heat and ambiance every day now.

The guys at the Aqua Quip in Covington are awesome! They've really taken great care of me over the years since I bought my Sundance from them back in 2006. We love going in there and getting our water tested and then they show us what to do every time to make the water perfect. I also love the chlorine free Baqua chemicals we've been using since day one. No smells and easy on the wife's and kid's eyes and skin. Great stuff. Love it. If you're looking for great service and the nicest staff that really goes out of their way for you then check out Andre and his gang at Aqua Quip. They'll make it easy to own your hot tub. Great Service and Product (Hot Tub). My wife and I researched the purchase of our hot tub for a month or so visiting all the name brand hot tub stores. We selected Aqua Quip based on their product and competitive pricing. In my opinion, Andre was the most knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process as I visited his store twice before purchasing our hot tub 3 months ago. We had many special requests regarding our installation which he followed through on. Additionally, he has made the maintenance of the hot tub easy by providing hand written instruction and testing the water when I have brought it in on occasion. As a new hot tub owner I am very pleased with my purchase and the overall support I've received from the Covington store whether it's been Andre or Joey.

Great Service. I'm actually looking forward to going in and seeing Andre. He has always provided great service, takes the time to get to know you and will greet you by first name and know what you need! You may have caught them short staffed or something.

Horrible service & follow-up. Went in on a Friday, spent an hour while Andre looked up the replacement jets for our hot tub and was told we would receive a phone call with pricing & availability on Monday. No call by the following Friday so we called in, was told he was only in the office on certain days and that a message would be left for him to call us. After 3 more of these phone calls we just gave up. Very disappointing. Don't waste your time or give them your hard earned money.
