Good, not great

I ate at this place twice because my hotel was close by. I had the Pho the first night, and it was average. Nice big bowl, fresh veggies and condiments, but the broth did not have the depth that I'm used to. Second time I had the beef short ribs, they were excellent. Service was quick and attentive, only a few other customers. Sonics game on the big screen.
