Fast service. Fast service. If you have a dental emergency and need to be seen right away, they will see you on the same day and take care of your problem. I had a toothache and found out that my previous dentist was on vacation. The receptionist referred me to call this place. I called this office and they saw me a few hours later. My tooth needed a root canal and so they worked on it right away. Good experience. I did not have any pain afterwards

Did free dental work for my daughter. They did free fillings for my daughter: My daughter had gone to a different dentist and had some fillings done. The fillings broke shortly afterwards. She did not want to go back to that dentist. Our insurance would not pay for her to have the fillings redone because they were just done recently. We went to Kent Family Dentistry and asked for help. Dr. Leung and his staff were very nice and helpful. They redid the fillings for her for free. We are very grateful. Thanks.

Kent Family Dentistry. I do not recommend this dentist office.They do not return your emails or phone calls in a timely manner. Office staff do not answer your billing questions fully. Service by Dr. Leung was unprofessional and he is not someone that explains what procedure he will be conducting for you (as the patient), which is unfortunate since he attended an Ivy-League university for dental school.

They kept on pushing me to replace my silver fillings since they were telling me that a lot of people now are going for fillings that blend in as real teeth an d silver fillings only last for 5 yrs. I don't have a high budget like others, therefore, I went to another dental office for a 2nd opinion (UW Dental School) and their staff informed me that silver fillings are good for 20+ years, and it is the PATIENT'S choice to have it done. They are only after your pocket.

Great staff and specials. Dr. Leung's specials are amazing. One of them that I chose was the free teeth whitening kit. I absolutely love it. I saw a change in the first 2 days. I got this deal because I was a new patient. I never had so many compliments on my teeth before. I recommend coming here. The staff treats its patients in the politest way possible.

Kent Family Dentistry's Standby Program. I've been a patient at Kent Family Dentistry for about a year now, and I have been completely satisfied with the quality of care and costs. After hearing about its standby program, I decided to give it a shot, and realized it saved me a lot of money. When you are on the standby program, you are called when there's an opening in their schedule. Although it may seem a little inconvenient to come in at the drop of a hat, I highly recommend it. By doing this program, you get a 50% discount on your treatment which is very beneficial. Besides doing this program, I have been very happy with the service and friendliness of the staff and dentist!

Great Practice. Dr. Leung and his staff are very friendly people. Everyone who has worked on me is very gentle. The first time I went there, they gave me a teeth whitening kit for free. It works great. They also offer free food which is always a plus. I would definitely recommend going there.

Best dentist in Washington... Hugh Leung is far superior than any other dentists I have had. His clinic is modern and sanitary and his staff is sooo caring and kind. As a patient I was given an online account where I could see my family's patient treatment plan, billing, health insurance coverage and billing, and all my children's patient history. Everyone in my family is happy with their service.

Great dental office - Excellent dentist, Very nice staff. I've tried several dentists in my area now and Dr. L is by far the best. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, painless, and up to date on the latest techniques and technology (believe me, it makes a big difference). I would highly recommend anyone looking for a good dentist to check him out.
