Hayes Heating has provided wonderful support and follow-up services for our furnace, and new Rennai tankless system. They have been prompt and friendly regarding service visits. Being physically challenged, they've even come without prior appts for me, in solving problems. The family-run business has been nothing but professional and good at their jobs, and fun to deal with as well.

Hayes Heating replaced the furnace in my house as well as in two units I am property manager for. They were fast, courteous and efficient. I am very satisfied with the work they did for me and recommend them whenever anyone mentions needing help with a furnace.

They called me back and answered my questions. The guy who came was friendly and the work was great. They took time with me, they didn't try to rush me through anything. If I didn't understand he would explain. I had had them work on my furnace before and they also did a good job then.

Our furnace started going out, so we had them come out and replace the thermostat. Tim Hayes, the owner, came out and did the job for us. He accidentally crossed a wire because ours weren't color coded, so when we turned it on we had A/C, but he quickly sent someone out and fixed the problem. We've used them since we moved here 17 years ago and they have always been great.

First of all, the ENTIRE staff at Circe is AMAZING! Professional, kind, accomodating and most of all TALENTED!! Each encounter there is superb and everyone goes out of there way to make you feel like you are at home.

Okay, these guys were great. The fan on our AC unit was continually on despite the fact that the thermostat was not trying to heat or cool the house. The guys came down within the specified time window (right about the middle) and diagnosed the problem in about 5 minutes. They fixed the problem, gave me some recommendations for the future, and were on their way. No pressure up-selling, very courteous, professional, and clean. Highly recommended.
