Glad to be leaving!.
Very disappointed, I needed to move out to move back home to California to care for my ill parent. They are rude and treated me as a low life. Now, keep in mind I am a CEO of a major corporation. I make more then any of these people working there. They wanted over $6000 for braking my lease for 1 month. If I don't pay it they will take me to court they explained. I read other reviews and saw they garnished wages from other tenants and charged over $12,000 for moving out before their lease term. This is certainly the most ridiculous thing I ever heard of. How they get away with it is besides me.
I will pay them the $6000 since they are so hard up for it, and be done with this community. I am also reporting them. I can't see how there will not be a major law suit against this apartment complex if they continue to treat tenants in this manor.
Move in disaster. I helped my daughter move into these buildings. My daughter and I are from Florida State and upon moving to Washington, had called to confirm her move in date. After showing up with all of her furniture, moving truck, and belongings, my daughter and I were told that her apartment was not ready and wouldn't be ready for a couple days. This was a major problem because we couldn't just leave her things. After all of this nightmare, we were put up in a motel. Very upset, moved in a few day's later and while moving in the elevator malfunctioned. I personally was trapped in the elevator with no safety certification anywhere in sight. Suficive to say I am still bothered by how this was handled. For myself and my daughter.
have come to the conclusion. This building's location is neighbors Boeing, and overlooks a power line/energy field 'playground'. I was bothered somewhat by the way my wife claimed she was spoken to by Bristol staff member's on more than one occasion. I have come to the conclusion that I will not be renewing my lease
All I can say is ... so disappointed.
All I can say is ... so disappointed. That says it all for me. The apartment buildings are beautiful, won't deny that. Although fairly overpriced. Airtight units (good for winter, bad for summer) Echoing units because every unit is hardwood/pergo (can hear a pin drop from floor above you)
My biggest problem was the leasing office. They're favorite answer to any question is 'I don't know' ... 'hopefully soon'. If considering a move, consider the caliber of 'attitude' you'll get from this office. It's like walking into a teenage run department store, where arrogance & lack of efficiency run rampant. If I wanted that treatment, I would simply live at Macy's.
Also.. word of advice from someone who just lived through some major apartment hassles from this place. Get Everything in WRITING! no joke
