Great Instruction

Too bad someone had a bad experience there.. I love this little place..
They offer Hot Power Vinyasa and Bikram. I don't know the owner of the studio (she is an absentee owner or something) but all the instructors there are really amazing. Saiko, Camille, Marva.. to name a few.
You will be challenged and healed at the same time.

Poor service

The owner is a excellent instructor.
But some instructors are not experts or don't put energy into their class and their classes are poor. I am not sure if they don't have skill as an instructor or they are just lazy. It is just wasting money.
Staff except an owner are not very good and I am wondering if she knows how poor and unresponsible they are.
