RUN FAR FAR AWY.
Let's put it this way: YOU WOULD HAVE TO BE CRAZY TO GO HERE! I was there for years for my thyroid medication. Last week, it came in one bottle instead of the usual two. i called very nicely and the PHARMACIST MARK promptly started to blame ME for not syaing it correctly on the phone. I told all I called for was more of the same but he continued to blame ME for not validating what they were sending!!!! AND he is charging more shipping for what I should have gotten, THEN he asked me not to use them anymore! LMAO ..AS IF I EVER WOULD!!!! He's a HOTHEAD and a STUPID PHARMACIST. HE COULD KILL YOU ON HIS ERRORS!!!!!
RUN FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS LUNATIC!!!!!!!!!!!!
Fantastic resource for alternative medicine.
My most recent trip to Clarks was exemplary, but not uncommon in my experience. I wanted a specific supplement my chiropractor knew of, but she did not remember the name. At Clark's they not only knew the name, they had it in stock along with books giving more information about it. I got details on the benefits and method of use.
I left well informed and happy.
Thank you Clarks!
VERY RUDE!!.
My two year old need a medication that only a compound pharmacy could fill. I took them the perscription and the pharm. tech Tina told us that this was a very messy mixture and she would not make it until the end of the day. I came back an hour later and she told us how messy and sticky everything was and how she hated making this mixture. I apologized and thanked her. I came in for the refill and she told me again what a pain it was to make and that she would not make it until that evening..... COME ON! My two year old was miserable and needed that medication! I came back at 5 which was close to closing and she yelled at me that she made it hours ago and where had i been. I relayed that she asked me to come back at the end of the day and that is what i did! She then told me what a mess it made! TINA has no customer service skills at all, she is very rude and makes you feel like a bother to her.
My husband got the same illness my child had and the doctor phoned in the same medication and they gave him the powder form and Tina told him to mix it himself because it was too messy.
ON another note though, Mark Clark is a great guy, very knowledgable and helpful when he was out. He seemed to ignore the rude comments from his staff. Maybe Tina is his sister and he has to employ her or maybe he lost a bet.
