Editor's Tips

Massage:
Try Reiki, an ancient Japanese energy technique that uses a gentle lying on of hands. Reiki can complement medical treatments by supporting the body's natural ability to heal itself.
Acupuncture:
Acupuncture is a form of ancient traditional Chinese medicine where fine needles are placed on points associated with a particular physiological system and internal organs. Acupuncture aids in healing pain, migraines, weight control, asthma and more.

Massage good, customer service...meh

by madamruby at Citysearch

I went for a couples massage. The setting was great. The room was appropriately lit and the sound atmosphere was good (soft music, trickling water). The massage beds were VERY comfortable, and heated! They had us undress "to our comfort level." The massage was amazing. I forget my gal's name, but she was excellent, in both demeanor and massage skills. The massage was a great treat. My partner had a different woman, I think she was the owner, and he didn't like her massaging as well.

A big downside for me, and the reason I won't go back, is their customer service. I found them to be near impossible to get ahold of (in calling probably a half-dozen times, I never once got a person), brusque, and unorganized. Unprofessional. Just making an appointment took way more of my time than I'd be willing to spend again, and it left a sour note for me. I just don't want to deal with that again! Once I was there, they were great though.

Is there an "unlike" button?

by saraR at Citysearch

I've gone here a few times and up until recently was always pretty happy with my treatments. I didn't know they offered acupuncture, they don't list it, but they are usually pretty nice and I've always liked my massages. The other day though as I was sitting there waiting for my therapist (who was late), the phone kept ringing. The lady sitting at the desk, who is the owner I think, the heavier one, let it ring and made a comment about not wanting to deal with it. I sat there wondering how many times I had called and gotten the voicemail and if she was sitting there and just didn't want to answer the phone. It takes days sometimes to get a call back, and there's always new therapists. They may be good at giving massages but they're horrible at customer service. Go somewhere else. It's not worth $70 when they don't want to "deal with you" in the first place.

Great Place for Massage Therapy!!

by Skippy at Citysearch

Excellent place to relax or have some real work done on your muscles. The staff is very friendly and know what they're doing. I felt very at ease and not intimidated by any of them. It's also in a good centralized location and parking is usually never a problem.

  • Pros: Experienced therapists, Nice location.
  • Cons: None

Great Massage

by Silverture1 at Citysearch

Fantastic, reasonably priced massages. I've been in at least 6 times, seen a few different therapists and they were all great. Dawn was particularly good at working my trouble spots. Will definitely ask for her in the future.

No pomp and circumstance like a fancy day spa, just a few clean, comfortable rooms and an affordable 90min massages!

  • Pros: Easy to get next day or same day appts.
