FRIGHTENING. The driver who showed up (late blaming traffic which I didn't see anywhere) to pick us up was the dispatcher managing several vehicles who continually used a cell phone and Nextel (both non-hands free) while driving five passengers in a van. He argued with me when I asked him not to use the phones while driving. He eventually stopped making calls but was clearly angry and drove dangerously fast on the interstate even though he knew we had plenty of time. When the phone rang he said "Oop, gotta answer my phone!" and then pulled onto the shoulder of the highway to conduct his business.

Prompt, cost less and driver we had was nice. They were prompt, and cost half of everyone else, for a family of 8, it sure helped. We used them before and after our cruise and would use them again.(NOT our first cruise)

Seattle Shuttle No Good. Not the best service I have had. I travel often to Seattle but this last time was no picnic. The dark haired gentleman with the goatee was rude. I will not use them again. We paid a lot of money to use the service only to be treated with disrespect by the luggage handler.

Awesome Service. use them on a regular basis especially during cruse ship season to terminal absolutely love them ....

User review by benruc. We enlisted the services of Seattle Shuttle recently, for 2 separate trips, and found them to be very prompt, courteous and friendly. When returning from our trip, we contacted them and they picked us up in 10 minutes! We highly recommend them.
