Kate's is a great place for brunch with excellent prices!. We visited Kate's for the first time a few weeks ago after church. It was packed, but there was a nice little table outside for our party of four (two adults, two kids, 2 & 4 years old). Basically this restaurant is a little neighborhood restaurant with a local owner that is very involved with her customers. Kate is the one who actually waited on us, she was very friendly, handled the kids great (brought out cool dinosaur toys that the kids still remember and associate with that restaurant), and took the time to get to know us a bit. We ordered breakfast food, the kids got pancakes and I got an omlet (can't remember what my husband got), everything was very tasty! My omlet was super cheesy, perhaps a bit too much, but it sure was good. The prices were great!! We will be going back, supporting this local customer-oriented business with delicious food and great prices!
