On the Green at Harbour Pointe

FPI Management is horrible.. There are a few pros about this complex. The grounds are beautiful kept that way by a great landscaping company. If you rent a remodeled apartment, they are very nice. Most of the units have not been remodeled and they are ugly and old.

The maintenance staff here is terrible. Jobs are left half done and they do not clean up after themselves. They also do not put in the effort to do a good job. I would rather fix things myself when possible. The management company is always coming into the apartment for one reason or another, so don't count on privacy.

The worst thing is that there were a few Section 8 families who lived here for many years, some since the 1990's and the company decided not to renew their leases and many seniors and disabled have had to move.

This once was a beautiful friendly community that has been ruined by uncaring management. Rent for the short term but not if you want to stay for many years.…
