I was walking to my bus stop yesterday afternoon after work, I was tired and it was rainy ( so UNLIKE seattle I know) but I decided to stop and get a pizza to take home to the family, but when I went in I noticed that they sold pizza by the slice also, and they actually had a sit down area. SO I ordered a piece of Pesto Primo pizza ( my favorite) sat down grabbed a magazine and oh man was that pizza good, I actually saw my bus pull up and drive away and didn't care. I got another piece to go and caught the next bus but for a normall monday this made my night.!
Bad food. Well, it is a pizza joint and so I expected decent pizza. The food was bad to say the least. The service is painfully slow and the quality of the food is tooo mediocre for the time they take to make it. We went here for lunch and were very disappointed.
Amazing!. This is by far the best pizza I have ever had, in Seattle or elsewhere. I suppose if you order frequently it is kind of expensive, but their customer service is awesome...you call a call center and they place their order for you. They can order your "regular" and they keep you card on file. The Parma Primo is where my heart lies, but I have never had anything I didn't like.
Great place for pizza!.
Found this place by asking a few locals and glad that I did.
Pizza was very good and cooked to order as I like it well done, most places will just stop cooking it as they see fit.
But the folks here had me look at it before boxing it up and it was PEFRECT!
I would definitely go back again as the price, service and quality of food was all in line to greatness.
Great job folks!!
Thank you so much for the lovely review---we bake in real brick oven s just like they do in Italy which we think makes all the difference in the world!
The best. I couldn't imagine ordering from anywhere else. I recently left town to go to vegas and I couldn't find anything that compared.(even at the expensive strip spots)
Thank you so much for your response to Pagliacci Pizza. Our primary objectives revolve around our product, service and delivery! Thank you for noticing.
Sincerely ? Jun & all the staff at Pagliacci Pizza
Best Pizza in Washington!. Whether I order for delivery or visit one of the Pizzeria's I always receive the same great customer service! Which I always weigh so much of my reviews based on the service. So yeah the service is great but the pizza is even better! The best part is the consistency of the quality. There is a reason it has been voted Seattle's "Best Pizza" for countless years. Hungary? Live in Seattle? Like Pizza? Call or Visit your local Pagliacci!

Service, whether over the phone, via our delivery personnel or in any of our locations, is one of our main points of pride and focus. Thank you for noticing.
Sincerely ? Jun and the Pagliacci Team
Great pizza. It seems to obvious to call Pags the best pizza in Seattle, but it could be true. They certainly have the best crust. There is also a great selection of toppings. There is also a nice atmospere and it's clean.
Best Pizza in Seattle. 2 slices of Pepperoni pizza at Pagliacci Pizza is $5.40 some odd sense, and that includes tax. One slice at Pagliacci Pizza costs...less than $2 1/2 bucks. Great deal. I love Pagliacci's crust. Always a great choice. Pagliacci Pizza delivery ROCKS! We love Pagliacci Pizza. And they just named the best all time pizza in Seattle by The Seattle Weekly i.e. a trophy and lifetime achievement award for Seattle's Favorite Pizza (not for the year...forever).
big on hype, but always disappointing. "Gourmet" pizza can be fantastic: exotic ingredients layered in inspired combinations, just the right olive oil, a nice biting marinara or bolognese sauce (or a garlic cream sauce with clams), etc. Unfortunately, for all its lauds as a premier pizza vendor in Seattle, every pie I've had from Pagliacci's has had remarkably little flavor. Maybe it's because they seem to have a law that toppings should never touch one another, or that pizza sauce should resemble tomato soup base, or that a thin crust pizza should be alternately hard as a Rye-Krisp or have the tensile strength of a paper towel (on the same pizza, mind you). If you're on Broadway, go two blocks north and have something really good at Bella Pizza (next to FedEx-Kinko's behind the fountain); on Queen Anne or the University district, try Mad Pizza. Anywhere else in the city, you can probably find good pizza within half a mile of Pagliacci's -- and you'll probably be happier.
