disappointed. I go there because it is close and the food is sometimes good. I won't go again because the service is terrible, slow and the waitresses are rude.

Pretty Mundane. Maybe it was just what I ordered - the tamarind soup and the lemongrass chicken - but both dishes were watered-down messes. The people who work here are very pleasant and the prices aren't too bad, but folks, the food was pretty lackluster and unsatisfying. It confirmed a previous conclusion: College kids will eat anything.

Editorial Review. Located near Seattle University, this Vietnamese spot serves a variety of noodle dishes, including the quintessential pho noodle soup.

Cute Little Place. It's obvious that the restuarant caters to the Seattle University community. Lunch seems packed on weekdays but the afternoons and evenings are generally more spacious. The food is fairly good, but what I love about this place is the variety of foods they offer...from spring rolls, vermicelli noodle bowls, beef skewers, and of course, pho. All of these things come at quite reasonable prices so you get your money's worth. The service is quick and attentive, and if the servers are busy, they'll at least let you know that they'll be right with you. It's a great place to stop by if one is in the area.

Pleasant Surprise. I was literally walking to buy flowers on Madison when I came across this small restaurant. I did not have any expectations from it, but I was quite delighted at what I found. The prices of the items were reasonable. On my first visit, I ordered the Sprimp and Pork Spring Rolls and the House Special Vermicelli Noodles. The food was light, fresh, and satisfying. The Vermicelli was topped with some wonderfully marinaded beef skewers along with a shrimp ball and a tasty eggroll. Even though the placed was packed, the servers were still quite attentive.

Small Gem. We were recommended this place by the Seattle University faculty. Because I ate here with a fairly large group, I had the opportunity to sample a variety of their offerings. The peanut chicken, cilantro prawns, beef with asian greens, and pho soup were all fantastic. Though the wine list was not very extensive, we managed to get wines to accomodate our food items. The ginger cheese cake a la mode was a fine finish to a great dinner.

Cute Place. It´s a nice unpretentious place that´s welcoming to the business man of the average college student. The place gets packed during lunch, but it´s very understandable. Dinner is low-key, and I think that the place offers many fresh, light, and healthy dishes for very reasonable prices. It´s great for Seattle University and for any local in the neighborhood. Though it´s not fancy, and the dishes don´t WOW! me, the food, service, and quality is very reliable- and I always feel that I get my money´s worth.

Great Place. My family and I were visiting Seattle University as my son was graduating from Law school. We were recommended by the staff to eat at this restaurant. It was quite delightful- the East meets West style of food, the trendy decor, and the wait staff seemed really eager to answer our questions. They had pho, like any other Vietnamese place, but I really enjoyed the beef skewers (oh the seasoning!) and the pork egg rolls. The bubble tea still frightens my wife a little bit with those tapioca balls, but my son can't get enough if it. I enjoyed this restaurant and would recommend it to anyone in the area.

Great Gem. Seattle has its abundance of Vietnamese restuarants...some are completely overhyped and overpriced, while others are no frills, no service. Gingerlime offers the quality, cost, and ambience without any gimmicks. You don't hear so much from this neighboring Seattle U. restaurant, but it's well worth the visit.

Visit well worth it. My wife and I are from Idaho and our experience to Seattle have been absolutely fabulous especially dining at Ginger Lime. Service was very attentive which was pleasant to have. As for food, they were great. We had the caramelized chicken and cilantro prawns. Very tastey! We'd recommend this little restaurant to anyone visiting Seattle.
