Racist Restaurant. I had experienced a worse experience of my life. I heard about this but experienced today. Hostess/Waitress did not allow us to dine at restaurant at 8:45 pm by stating that restaurant is closing though she allowed two white couples to dine at restaurant who came 5 minutes later than us. It was sad that still racism is there in modern society. Me and My mother felt bad with this racist behavior…
Good food, poor service and prices. So the food is really good but have not been impressed by the service or dinner prices, lunch us the normal 8-10 but figure 15+ for dinner. Went in for lunch and felt like we were getting shoed out so they could take a break.…
Great Thai food!. I love their havenly beef, and garlic chicken. The service are friendly as always. Try them out, you won't dissappoint it!
Great tasting food!.
I had received several recommendations for Pen Thai and I have to say I was a little wary. I was a little taken aback when we received our menus and I saw that the dishes were $12-16 each. I am
used to Thai food being in the range of $8-10 per plate.
However, I will say that the food was VERY tasty. And there was no additional charge for rice, which helped with the pricing.
I would recommend Pen Thai, as long as you don't mind spending a little extra.…
They charge for refills, but don't tell you. The food was OK. I would agree for Bothell, it would be one of the better places to go for Thai food. The location is good, with plenty of parking at the back. The service was so, so on the day I visited. The restaurant is nicely decorated inside and is clean. I would consider the price of food fair, BUT they charge for refills. This would be fine if the servers told you this when you ordered, but on the occasion I visited; I was not informed of their policy. I might sound like at tightwad, but this is the first time I have ever been charged for a refill and in all honesty I am still in shock! I eat out two to three time a week, I have eaten in some high end restaurants and not so high end. I have NEVER been charged for a refill. In my opinion, Pen Thai is not so special a place that I am willing to pay for refills. I can go a few miles up the road to Thai Bistro - Mill Creek, where the food is on par with that served at Pen's, the service is friendly and I can drink all the diet coke I desire.…
