its okay. Its just really not that flavorful and the chicken is not the tandoor chicken and that is what I was looking forward too. Very disappoined

Amazing food matched only by outstanding service. We used to go to the Lynnwood location for their lunch buffet but our office moved to the SODO district so now it's a rare pleasure to eat here. The buffet is a great value with just the right amount of spiciness. Their dinner menu has many vegetarian options, my favorite is the korma with with an order of paneer naan and a cup of chai. We've always been welcomed with a warm smile and superb service. If I still worked in Lynnwood I would be there every week.

I really enjoyed this neighborhood treat!. I originally came to Kalia because I had a coupon from my Entertainment book to use. I figured it would be worth a try, and was very pleased. The owner spent a good amount of time checking on us and making sure that we were happy with our selections, and boy were we! The garlic and basil naan had a wonderful flavor to it, and the samosas were a little bit larger than normal (which nobody at our table complained about!). Additionally, they were playing some Bollywood videos on the flat screen which was above the bar area, and when we asked about some of the actors in the videos, he asked which was my favorite. I told him of my favorite Bollywood actress, and he went out of the way to search for some of the films he had of her and then began playing them! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone that is looking for great service and tasty food!

New Owners, no longer good. This used to be a fairly good place with a handful of really good dishes. Ownership has changed and the food has gone downhill. The pieces of meat they use are really poor - their Chicken Tikka Masala used to be excellent but now it's a mix of fat and dark meat and no longer uses Tandoor chicken. The other dissappointments are that the portion sizes are much smaller (5 pieces of paneer in a soup of curry) and the sauces are less favorable. I definitely will not be going here anymore.
