Otto Motal Photography. Can you give negative stars?? My sister-in-law used this company, and cannot get anyone to return her phone calls. The photographer did show, but has not returned any phone calls/emails since. She has no photos of her wedding day. I would NOT use this company, and we are probably persuing legal actions to recover the images & money given (my nicest mother-in-law in the universe gave a huge tip, thinking the photographer was soooo sweet!). This is a horrible, horrible trick to play on a bride & groom!

Sorry for the confusion. Sorry for the confusion... I do not know who put the company information on this page.. the Address is incorrect, and the phone number is incorrect. Otto Motal was just recently sold to our company, and we are quickly finding out how the previous owners ran this company. I am sorry for the people that haven't recieved your pictures.. if you or anyone else has had there pictures taken from Otto Motal, please contact me at our office. We are bending over backwards to find out who haven't received there picture from the previous owners. This is hard to figure out with amount of negatives that we recieved. We currently have negatives dating back to 1970. If you have not recieved your pictures please call as soon as possibly to get this corrected.

AVOID THEM. What a shock to read these other reviews...I had my wedding photographs done in 2001 and still haven't gotten my photo's either..just the proofs! THis BITES! I paid over $1500 and they were supposed to keep my negatives on hand for 10yrs...I have been trying to reach someone since summer and they never return my calls! So frusterating....I would NEVER use them again. ...HORRIBLE SERVICE AND THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY !

posting again...11-14-07...funny to read the new owners review.....really...you are trying hard to resolve our problems from the previous owner? Funny..it's now been almost two years and you haven't done anything for us...still out $1500 and our wedding pictures...now your phone is disconnected..how convienent.

Biggest disappointment. My husband and I hired them as our wedding photographers in July 2005. We were married on the water and MADE IT CLEAR when we hired them that we wanted our pictures in front of the water. The day of the wedding, our photographers did not like the water as the background, they wanted a green shed as our background. We also wanted family pictures, they said they didn't have time to take family pictures. After we were married, I called them numerous times to set up an appointment to look at our photos. They always said they would have to call me back. I called and called and called and they would never call me back. Needless to say, it's 16 1/2 months later, I still cannot get ahold of them, (no answer) we have not one photo of our wedding day and we are out about $1000.00. Do you know what a horrible feeling it is to not have even one photo of your wedding day??? PLEASE, if you ever get a hold of this company and want their services, think of this review. They ruined our wedding day.

Horrible service. I have tried on numerous occasions over the past six weeks to get a human being from this company to return my calls. They did not send me all of the photographs that I had paid for, of my sons graduation.

If you are going to use this company for your occasion, better think twice. They do not return calls if you had a problem with their services.

Update: 9/01/06...now they appear to be out of business...no answer or answering machine on this phone number. Later losers...
