Not the best experience. The selection at this payless is not as good as others, because it is a smaller store. The prices are pretty good. I have gone here several times. However, I stopped going to this shoe store because of the bad customer service practices. The salesperson was nice..but kept following me around like I was going to steal something. Needlessly to say, I did not enjoy my shopping experience because of this and I haven't been back since.
