Black Diamond Bike is an amazing shop. The anonymous poster who stated he was Saddened by the lack of integrity and honesty. is outrageous, Everyone at BD bikes including the owner are extremely honest and great at what they do. Have no worries bringing your bike or skis into Black Diamond Bike for service, the staff are very good at what they do!

I have found Black Diamond Bike and Backcountry to be a wonderful bike shop since I purchased my first bicycle from them 3 years ago. I am an avid mountain biker and have since purchased 9 different bicycles for my family from this shop and have had nothing but positive experiences each time. I consider Black Diamond Bike to be my local shop even though I live 40 minutes from the shop and pass 2 other bike shops on the drive out there. The service department is always helpful, the shop is close to local trails, they offer a number of test bikes for practical test rides and the atmosphere is always family oriented. Now as a bonus the brand new shop at the new location is a fantastic place to shop for a bicycle. I have repeatedly recommended this shop to everyone I know and will continue to do so for a long time.

The good folks at Black Diamond Bikes are always eager to help anyone with a need for a new bike, a bike tune-up, a tune for your skiis, or a ski rental. This family owned and operated business truly makes you feel like you stepped into a time machine with their old school style service. I wish more businesses were like this one! And as an added bonus, there is a great trail system right out the front door!
