I visited the Kenmore branch for the first time on Friday (02/01/13), and was pleasantly surprised! Lina was my hairdresser, and she not only did excellent work, but she also provided outstanding customer care. Great work at a reasonable price...How can you beat that combination?? I am sorry that the previous reviewer was displeased, and I am pleased that my experience was much better. I will definitely return to Great Clips-Kenmore, and I think Lina deserves kudos for a job well done!

don't go. They don't listen and communicate. I just wanted a trim, keeping the same style, but I got a different cut, cut a lot shorter than I asked for. It's depressing, because it will be months before it's back to where I can try to get my style back. Almost walked out after her first few words to me. I sure wish I had. I will never set foot in one of those chop shops again.
