I would highly recommend the Lee Johnson dealership! I had the most amazing experience. Kenny made my new purchase of a 2013 Kia Sorento so smooth and painless! He was attentive, quick, thorough, and he got me the best deal! I love my new Kia! Best car and best dealership around! I had tried to get a car from another dealership in town and the salesperson was pushy, uninterested in what I was looking for and I decided to not buy from them. Kenny was just the opposite! He was kind, friendly, helpful, gave me many options and the right price to fit my budget! Will recommend everyone to Lee Johnson!

AMAZING. AMAZING experience from start to finish. Kenny was the most helpful salesman that I have ever dealt with.

I had a really specific request for my car and he was able to deliver. I even drove over from the Kitsap peninsula past 2 other Kia dealerships and would recommend them to anyone.

KIA Lee Johnson Service Dept is TERRIBLE!. The service dept here is absolutely ridiculous!!

WARNING: DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

They quoted me 1 wk to take care of my car and it's been over 1 month with no estimated finish time in sight! They are completely incompetent and do not communicate with their customers to let them know what's happening. It's been one thing after another (wrong parts delivered, parts were damaged, part still in transit, parts ordered late).

I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR HERE AND I WILL LET EVERYONE KNOW OF THEIR INCOMPETENCE.

Great first time buying experience. We bought our 2011 Kia Soul here and the customer service couldn't have been better. Due to work schedules we always ended up coming into the dealership at night and yet none of the salesmen we talked with seemed unhappy or tired. The worked with us over the phone, through emails, and finally in person to get us the best price available and were always respectful and treated us well. They are very knowledgeable and we will definitely recommend them to all our friends! Thanks Don, Brian, and Payman!

Worst Car Dealership Ever. If you buy a car from this dealership and you lose your job, they don't care. They will threaten you by saying that they will come to your house to check you garage to see if you purchased another car, try to sell you another car even though you have no funds to pay for it, tell you that you must pick up your car even though you don't have insurance, and state that they can either be the friendliest or meanest people to deal with. If this is the business practice of a company, especially in these economic times where people are joining the unemployment line on a daily basis, I don't want to know what it's like when the times are good.
