Remarkable Service
by 2554885554525
I travel a lot, and due to my old age and falling eyesight,I often depend on bold letter or verbal contacts. Thanfully upon my arrival at Sea-Tac I was greeted inside the terminal at baggage claim by the driver with a sign that boldly displayed my last name. Than we got my luggage and was escorted to the vehicle and politely asked if I need to make any stops prior to the drop of at my house.I humbly declined and settled back and enjoyed my ride.Being a senior citizen in todays society? Our needs are sort overlooked, but with Eastside Limo I was made to feel that I mattered as a client. Thank you verry much!

Service gone downhill !!
by asaldan
I used to use this service a lot a few years ago when I lived on the eastside and they actually provided me with decent service. My recent experience was absolutely horrible and I will never use this company again. I think they have grown larger and are compromising service and raising prices just because they think they can!
The driver was late and neither he nor the owner apologized, he said he could not find my new home which is strange because I gave them all the required info when I made the reservation and it is not that complicated. The driver did not know where the ships docked even though the owner CLAIMS that his driver go to the cruise terminals a lot.
On the way back I had an issue with my phone so had to use a pay phone at the cruise terminal to let them know that I had arrived. The "dispatcher" told me that I should go to where I had been dropped off and the car would be there in 30 (??) mins. I waited for an hour and then got a cab home. The owner proceeded to tell me when I called to complain that he would charge me (I pay for roundtrips and will be disputing this one!) because I did not call him back and that his driver was standing at the pier calling out my name. I think that driver is on the wrong pier or does not understand instructions since there was no one but me waiting at the location stated.
BTW, the price increases are ridiculous and I was charged $55 (not including a tip) each way for the approx 22 mile trip from Issaquah to Pier 30 in downtown Seattle which is a shorter distance than to the airport. The taxi ride cost me less than $40.
- Pros: Can't think of one
- Cons: This service is poor and the owner now thinks it's ok to be rude to customers!
