an incredible experience. as a new client to Redmond Pilates studio I have been very pleased. The instructors knowledge of authentic pilates is incredible. The manager of the studio Courtney, has hired only qualified instructors who care about each individual client and their needs. I have taken private instruction and also tower/mat classes and the result has been fantastic both physically and emotionally. The studio is very clean and quiet a very peaceful way to get healthy and fit. I recommend this studio above all others i have been in.

Redmond Pilates Center. I have been training at Redmond's Pilates since it went under new management and I really like this studio. I was going somewhere else that was not as conveniently located so thought I would give this studio a try. My instructor is very professional and knows her stuff. I have really improved in my strength and posture. I have always found the front end staff courteous, and professional and the instructors really care that you get the most out of your time while there. It is a great facility and offers authentic Pilates, rather than the knock off Pilates so frequently found in other establishments. My instructor, Courtney, is a gem.

Poor customer service. I have been going to Redmond Pilates for 3 years and have been pleased with the professional and courtious staff. As of January 2008 there was a change in management, and it has been in a free fall ever since. The new management does not care about customer service. I do not like the attitude that prevails. They are rude. and aloof. I walked in the other day and the manager and instructor who knew me, did not acknowledge me at all. They also have raised the rates for certain classes that are not even competitive with the other Pilates studios in the area. They also change the class rates without notifying the clients.

They have been loosing customers since the new management took over and i thought i would stick it out and see how things went.

Well, it was the last straw when i was treated rudely by the manager the other day. She actually had the nerve to tell me that i didn't come very often.

It's too bad because it is convienent class time and location for me, but i will not be returning there as long as the current management is there. I will go to another Pilates studio.

It's unfortunate because it is a great location, nice facilility and the instructors are good. It's just the management. I hope the owners do something about this before they loose all their clients.

The best Pilates on the eastside. I love Pilates and the trainers at the Redmond Pilates Center are great. The studio has all the equipment and lots of space. It also has a lockerroom with showers - how novel. I went from a size 8 to a size 6 in a month of working out 2 or 3 times a week. I didn't lose weight, but I lost a backache and I gained strength for my other sports.
