No Customer Service.
I purchased a spa with no problems. Of course I spent thousands and thousands of dollars so they were very happy to help. However, do not take advice from any employee, clearwater will not back up the advice if it is bad. I sought the advice of an employee for an issue I was experiencing. The advice has caused detrimental damage to my spa. Clearwater has no concern for my issue nor do they back an employee or what their employees do. So if you are an employee - BEWARE if you are a customer - GET ADVICE ELSEWHERE or a second opinion! or just buy from a more customer service oriented company.
