DISEASED, DIRTY, RUDE, UNprofessional!!!!!

DR. HOANG is the biggest piece of s%&* dentist out there!!! I went in because one tooth needed to be extracted!!! When i they brought me back to take exrays everything was very dirty!! One of the girls who works in the back was talking about a bad expicit episode she had the night before!!! Finally after the ex rays i sat in the room for 32 minutes before any one came in!! When dr. hoang came in she told me i needed two teeth pulled and 13 fillings!!! it was 4:00 and i told her i had to pick my daughters up from university place by six!! She proceeded to tell me that it would not take that long and that it was urgent that i have it done!! Which is funny because i dont remember having any cavities and i take very good care of my teeth!! the only reason i went to her office is because I recently quit work to go back to school and im now on DSHS!!! any ways it took two and half hours!! the entire time i was screaming and crying in pain!! dr. hoang gave me so many shots of pain med it still didnt work!! i noticed too that when she brought the tray in that the tool she used to give the Novocaine shot with was half empty and looked as if she had just used it!! after all the agony and pain i left with my face swollen and in lots of pain!!! the next day i woke up and my mouth was completely full of sores from every injection site!! at first i though maybe this is normal but the sores became worse and worse it hurt so bad that i could not eat nothing i went to my doctors office and they swabbed my mouth !! the test results came back as Type 1 Canker sores which is a nice way of saying HERPES in the mouth!! I could not eat for two weeks lost like 15 lbs. And now to top it all off its been a month and a half since then, and MY fillings in my front teeth fell out from eating a PB J sandwich and i look f_ing toothless!! Thanks beeech for leaving me diseased and toothless!!! i would never recommend this place to my worst enemy!! I will never go back there i have my lawyer working on a case i will be suing the s*&^% out of DR. HOANG

GOD WISH THAT I WOULD HAVE READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE I WENT

I had just gotten on dshs medical cupons and decided that I should probly go and get my teeth cleaned considering that i had not gotten them clean in a couple of years( couldnt afford it) Mind you that i did not go cause my teeth hurt..... I felt fine!!! I set an appointment and went in. I got my x-rays done (waited in a room for an hour, finally had to grab someone aand ask if they forgot about me) they found that i had three cavitys that needed to be filled... ok set the appointment and went in 3 days latter. They gave me numbing medicine and not but two min latter she was trying to drill on me, i ask arnt you going to make sure that im numb and she said no your fine we will find out when we start.....OH HELL NO I SAID i want to know before you start. 5 shots later (it takes alot which i told her in the begining) she starts drilling on my teeth.

She had my mouth so wide open the whole time that it split each side of my mouth open and was bleeding to which she said nothing just whiped it off and kept going. Also she chipped my front tooth while she was drilling and did not say N E thing even when i showed it to her. I brought it to her attention and she said oh its so small no one will notice. I was so thankfull to get out of there.

That whole night I was in agony and had a splitting head ache and thought that my jaw was going to fall off do to how deep she gave me the shots and having my mouth open for so long. The worst part is.... I have to go back cause one of my fillings just fell out and i haove not been able to eat or have N E hot or cold on my right side which is where she drilled its agonizing. I WAS FINE BEFORE I WENT IN NOW IM ALWAYS UNCOMFORTABLE CAUSE I HAVE TO CHEW ON ONE SIDE WHEN IM USED TO CHEWING ON BOTH. im terrified to go back but i dont have medical coupons to N E more and they said that they will fix it for free, im forced to go back to a place were they should not even be practicing medicine. These people need to be shut down and pay another dentists to fix their faulty work. DONT GO HERE PLEASE!!!!

Dr. Hoang should not be allowed to practice.

I went in with a valpak coupon to get a cleaning. I was a bad girl and hadn't had a cleaning in ten years. They said I had done a good job keeping my mouth healthy.

I was taken to an exam room and made to wait forever. I finally started roaming the hallway to find an employee when a girl came and got me to do my x-rays. She said I could leave my stuff in the exam room while I was gone. I came back to find two people sitting in my exam room waiting to be seen. Luckily nothing was missing. The entire time I was having my x-rays done the girls in the back were gossiping and talking about how rude one of the dentists who works there is. I don't think I've ever seen this level of unprofessional behavior anywhere else.

I had some fillings that needed to be taken care of. Okay! Let's do it. They cranked my mouth open so far it was very, very unpleasant. (The next morning my husband had to rush me to the emergency room because I thought I was having a stroke. My head hurt so bad the nurses thought I was having an aneurysm. It was the most horrible thing I have ever dealt with and it turned out to be a tension headache from my jaw.)

They filled 6 fillings at the same time, which according to my doctor is a lot! 3 were metal and 3 were a composite material. While drilling my molar to put in the filling Dr. Hoang broke of the back of my tooth and then advised me that I would probably require a root canal. Duh, really? I bet I do now!

Skip ahead to February of 2009. While sitting at the movies I dropped a metal filling out in my hand. May of 2009 I lost another one. June of 2009 I lost my last metal filling. I called in and they told me to come back and they would fix it. I made sure and scheduled for when Dr. Hoang was on vacation so I wouldn't get her no matter what! My appointment is today and the only reason I am going back is to have another dentist take a whack at fixing what Dr. Hoang screwed up. $1300 out of pocket because I don't have dental insurance.

I want them to fix this and then I am never, ever going back there! I read some of the other reviews and I have to say that there is nothing that surprises me in any of the reviews except the one where someone had a good experience. I am hoping that the dentist I see today will make up for the horrible experience I had last time. We'll see. I will edit or add a new review later.
