Great Sushi in Bellevue. My husband and I like to come here as often as possible. The service is excellent and the food is always brilliant, with beautiful decor and Garage parking. Just a relaly nice place to eat a meal. Try them for lunch.

Hidden Japanese Fusion. Sashimi and Sushi were fresh, good number of menu selection and service was outstanding. A little pricey but worth it.

Gourmet Japanese in Bellevue. Not a traditional Japanese restaurant. Flo's thoughtful menu is a treasure of gourmet Japanese dishes. It is best to order a few to several small dishes to share.

The black cod miso was excellent. Sake selection is outstanding. Sushi and sashimi are top notch fresh.

Good sushi, beautiful place. I really liked the decor of the restaurant and the staff was very friendly. The unagi was "melt in your mouth" delicious! The only bad thing is the price. I know sushi is expensive, but I spent $24 and went home to eat something else to feel full.

Finally, somethng out of the box... I have been to most Japanese restaurants in the NW. I have to say, Flo's is "out of the box". To begin with the decor is not your traditional Japanese Restaurant, which I found refreshing. Yet, it held an essense this was an asian restaurant.



Next, the main menu selections held most of your traditional Japanese items but the Daily Special List is where it got interesting. Good Sake list...wine not so.

The service was above normal but not all perfect. But I must say, "mama san" was a hoot. She'll make you feel at home.
