Heartburn and headaches? Try this company. Unless you want serious heartburn and headaches, avoid any business dealings with this company and its owner, Robert Royse. Leave a message that you want work done and he'll call you right back and come right over to negotiate the contract and get a deposit for the work that will begin in less than a week. The week goes by and then some and no All American Fence. Leave a message with his answering service or ten and you won't get a reply, send a letter to the P.O. Box or the physical address (which turns out is a storage unit) and you won't get any response. Complain to the local business rating bureau (3B's)and he will reply to them that he is "backed up with work". The 3B's will tell you that is a satisfactory response and they don't care what you think, so they are a complete waste of time. I filed a claim with his bonding insurance company and he finally completed the work 6 months later. This all happened in 2004, now he doesn't have a contractor's any longer, which means no bond as well. You can refer to "Get Jesse" at King 5 TV for the lastest escapade of this bum. My recommendation is to avoid this untrusting individual at all costs as he is anything but "All American".
