Roto-Rooter Service 12-12-09. On 12-11-09 when I got home from work I came home to a flooded entry way and downstairs. I contacted Roto-Rooter and scheduled an appointment for 12-12-09 at 10am. I received a call around 10:10am saying my plumber would arrive in about a half and hour. The plumber worked for about an hour but could not find the source of the break. He said he was contacting a journeyman and would be back later. About an hour later, two plumbers from Roto-Rooter where at my door ready to work. They had my water working again in about 20 minutes. Overall I am very satisfied with the service I received and will use them again in the future. Price is very reasonable too.‎
