I made an appointment two saturdays ago, and the guys which said his name is Jezz told me they will give me a discount cause the guy that was suppose to tint my car windows was having personal issues, well I scheduled my appointment for the following saturday at the same time, and something told me let me call them and make sure I am going to be seen, so I called and the guy there had such an attitude and said that I will need to call back at 2:30 half hour before my appointment, so I was like why do I need to call back and he said well you dont have an appointment with us, I was so upset because not only did he just lie to me but he was so rude and hung. I cant believe that this company is even open with their poor customer service. I called another company up and they squeezed me in the same day, they were great, I just think noone should put up with the people at speedzone.
