Pleasant salespeople who are knowledgeable the products that they carry and committed to meeting your copier/printer needs. They really are about customer service and not about just selling you a machine. They really do make you feel like you are the most important customer they have! Our church has purchased two copiers from them over the past 15 years and we have been more than satisfied. The copiers have performed exactly as promised and the service contracts that came along with the machines have suited our needs perfectly. We would highly recommend this company to you.
