Best thing since sliced bread!

Loving this program! Yes, the meals are small but they are supposed to be :) Food is fresh, healthy, great tasting. I would highly recommend this program to anyone who does not have time to cook and wants to eat healthy or lose weight. Food delivered on a daily basis and you can ask them to exclude anything you do not like, which is helpful to me since I am a picky eater. Also, it is now called Chef by Request.

Food is alright, but isn't great -- not worth the money

I thought that the Zone Seattle would be a great way to diet and the sample menu's sound great. However, the food isn't that great in quality and often times the fruit was spoiled or old. Of the 3 meals and 2 snacks I almost always threw one away since they won't let you pick very many exclusions. You would be better off cooking things yourself or trying a different service, this one just isn't worth the money.
- Pros: daily food delivery, food prepared for you
- Cons: food isn't great, expensive

While the Zone Seattle "staff" were always cheerful, the execution of their food delivery service was often lacking. Food was bland, and in tiny portions. Simple vegetarian requests were messed up; a lacto-ovo vegetarian could expect tons of uncooked tofu, radom entrees with meat in them, and items with cheese and egg substituted for more uncooked tofu. Overpriced for the service, and when a refund was requested when we canceled the service, we were warned it wouldn't be coming for two weeks.

- Cons: expensive, inconsistent, bland
