Great experiences great staff great place!. I have been here many times and enjoyed the food and atmosphere. I will be back again to enjoy the oysters and happy hour! Nice for the family too!

Blame everything on McKenzie. Blame everything on The Manager - McKenzie. I was a customer for many years. I ate there with my son recently and the food was not up to par. When I commented on the quality the waiter was very hostile. When I asked for the manager then things went from bad to worse. The manager accused me of being condescending and banned me from the restaurant. I thought she was kidding until I went back with my son and his friend a few days later. She wasn't kidding - I was on her "banned" list which is a long list. Net-Net if you critique the food or the service at Matt's then McKenzie will ban you.

Always enjoy. The ceaser salad with grilled salmon is great here. I like that you get bread while you wait for food.

Terrible Experience. I was desperately disappointed. I met my daughters for dinner. It took forever to get the attention of the waiter. When I complained he became very hostile. When my daughters arrived I asked if we could go elsewhere. We did.

fast becoming favorite hangout in Redmond. the folks here are friendly, the food is tasty, and they have plenty of beers on tap. this place is fast becoming one of my favorite spots in Redmond for a drink or two, and will probably be where I bring visitors if we're looking to stay close to home.

Happy Hour = not so happy for us. My husband and I had a table in the bar during happy hour and ordered a couple of appetizers and drinks. Some friends came in and our little two top wouldn't accomodate the four of us so we asked if we could move to the table across from the bar (literally 5 steps away). The server said of course! Long story short, everything we ordered billed out at full price as we had technically moved from the bar. The mussels were wonderful but the Oysters Rockefeller were fabulous!

Service wasn't especially attentive but the food was great - just be careful where you sit!

Good desert. All we tried was the ice cream and fudge or brownie desert which was delicious. Their menu didn't have much to die for but the simple club sandwich I had was good enough.

Mediocre experience - rude staff, slow service. I'd eaten at Matts a few times at the request of others and while the food is nothing special (sometimes good, sometimes overcooked, chicken dry as dry can be). The service has reached a point where the servers are more interested in conversations with each other than talking to customers and when they do, they seem to use only one syllable words, yelled from across the restaurant. Spazzo is 40 feet away with much better service and staff.

Awesome Happy Hour! Now a Ladies Night. Matts' has always been the place that i go for happy hour. Luckily I went in just last Saturday and they are doing an all night Ladies Night. My girlfriends and I were pretty jazzed, not only did we get to try their cocktails at a steal but the energy in there is always fun. Our cocktailer was a blast and made sure that we had a great time. I'll be back...again and again!
