Awesome food!. This is a great place. The people are chill and the food and drinks are good. I enjoy trivia night. I've been to some other trivia nights, but I think Norm's is one of the better ones. I food is always solid, and if you can sit outside, it tastes even better. I definitely recommend this place to whoever is looking to hang out at a great place!

Great Fremont bar for you and your dog!. Norm's is my first choice for a Happy Hour stop in Fremont - although I'm a little biased as it's close to home and I happen to enjoy the furry customers that frequent the place.

Happy Hour is pretty standard, with $3 Drafts and $5 appy's. My favorite appetizers are the Baked Brie and the Hummus plates. While I've tried other menu items they just seemed to be average pub fare.

The weekday crowd seem to be after work regulars with or without their furry friends, whereas the weekend crowd are younger party seekers. They have a couple TV's that usually play sports, but not ideal for watching the big game unless you nab a bar stool or bring your binoculars.

best-most interesting bar food in seattle. hands down..the best, most interesting bar food in seattle. you read the menu the food sounds interesting. It is good or better than the description. there are eaterys out there that wish they served food as good as Norms. Slowly working my way thru the menu to enjoy the experience. Ice cold Black Butte in bottles a plus for me.

The kitchen, the bar, the food----GREAT!. My wife and I have been going here for about 6 years, and the kitchen staff keeps doing amazing things. The staff is friendly, and the dogs are well-behaved, or Steve (Norm's pet) will 86 'em!

A really fun place!. We go to Norms once a month and bring our doggies. They LOVE it! We order them their own burger (hold the spices, please) which comes in a bowl. They get their own water bowl too...! I've had the Cobb Salad, burger, Chicken and Brie Sandwich, Mac n Cheese, Hot Wings, Meatloaf... all are VERY good. I love the Pub Trivia, watching/listening to sports and being able to sit inside a restaurant with our dogs beside us and not tied up outside.

I highly recommend this place to all dog lovers, beer drinkers and people people! See you there!

Expected delightfulness. So I finally went to Norms. I went with my boyfriend and our two dogs. We made a point to go during happy hour for some cheap drink and eats. I definitly was pleased. The atmosphere was very fun and casual, and the happy hour menu was well priced. I will say that the food isnt exactly the most amazing, however it is totally worth it to be in a fun bar with your animal friends!

Dogs Welcome!. bring your dog, watch a game, get some chip and dip, bloody mary's are awesome. Food is mediocre and a little over-priced, but cool spot, cool people... and they sell 40's of PBR too!

Best brie and pears!. The warmed olive oil infused with basil and garlic over brie, served with sliced pears and baquette is incredible!

Atmosphere + Great Food. My husband and I (and our pup) have wanted to try this place for a while. We embarked on a bike ride from Magnolia through Ballard and were ready for lunch when we got to Fremont. Problem...dog in tow and we hate tieing her up outside, so we dropped into Norm's. We were impressed to find a great menu, it was hard to pick just one item and friendly staff. They were a little slow but very friendly and it made for a relaxing lunch with our pouch by our feet. I had the Beatrice sandwich, loaded with turkey, swiss and sauerkraut accompanied by homemade potatoe chips and delicious slaw. My husband has a burger that was equally, if not more, delicious. It was great to find a place that has a great atmosphere and tempting bar food. We can't wait to come back and try the other enticing menu items like cornmeal calamari and funeral fries!
