Excellent Food and Service with a Smile!.
I have been ordering from Sahara for several months now and not once have I been disappointed--always very pleased and happy to pass along positive feedback.
Everything is very fresh, delivered hot and if they are running a few minutes behind, they call you which is excellent customer service.
The pizza is great and so are the hot wings!

Wonderful!. My boyfriend and I have had really bad luck with the pizza restaurants here on Mercer island.. Either it's been poor customer service or burnt pizza. We have run into it all and were just about to give up hope when we received a discount coupon for 10.99 to Sahara Pizza and decided to give it a try. It started with a great experience on the phone with the guy who took my very detailed order. He didn't seem to mind doing his job! That is always nice! The delivery was quick, the driver was friendly and the pizza was just right!! It was Hot, very tasteful, nice thin New York style crust and plenty of topping! We will order from here again.…
Did Not Accept a Valid Coupon.
I'm disappointed with Sahara Pizza. I moved into my house a couple months ago and received a welcoming gift certificate in the mail on March 6. The gift certificate said that I could get a free
Extra Large Gourmet Pizza, a $20.99 Value, from Sahara Pizza with an expiration date of May 31. When I called the Mercer Island Sahara Pizza at 6:00pm on March 7; I was told by the Manager that the Gift Certificate had been canceled and that I could have 50% of my order instead.
I don't think this is a great way to win my business. I've never been to Sahara Pizza, I did not accept the 50% offer and I don't think that I'll go to Sahara Pizza in the future. Additionally, I question the legality of the offer. It sounds a bit like Bait and Switch sales…
