Easy to read and understand contract. We have a simple easy to read and understand contract. In the event our customer is no longer able to afford the shed, they have the option of giving the shed back. Almost 100% of our customers are happy with us and we maintain an ?A? rating with the Better Business Bureau. The common thread with the few unhappy customers we have is that they have fallen into a financial hardship. We have been in business for over 10 years and have thousands of satisfied customers. We also have hundreds of repeat customers. Many of our customers have found that they can replace their mini storage unit with our storage building at their own home. In most cases for a lot less than they were paying at an off site storage facility. We have well over a thousand customers who have elected to go on our rent-to-own program. They now have no payment and own their storage unit out right.

No more storage payments!!. I have been renting off site storage for many years. Then I found Portable Storage of America. They were able to deliver my storage unit the very next day. It is right in my own back yard. The low monthly payment was easily worked into my budget. The materials used in the construction of the storage are top quality.

The best part is after completing my contract with them the storage unit is now my property and I have no more storage bills. I have recommended them to my friends and family too.

Holds credit card info without permission!. WARNING!! Company holds credit card information without permission and runs card whenever they feel like it. I asked for them to stop this as it is not fair and they presisted to swipe my card over and over till it went through causing me to get multiple overdrafts and messed up my bank account. I then used a diffrent card and they did the same thing with that after addressing the issue.WRONG. This is not good buisiness and I am sure there is a law somewhere in the consumers favor regarding holding credit card info on file. How are they supposed to know what card a customer wants to use? This would be o.k. if approved, but I dissaproved and this went on for month till finally I got fed up and returned the shed. Not before he tried to stick me with all these fees and full payment of shed even though it was a rent to own, not a finance. He eventually came and got it but not until he gave multiple threats of lawsuit to me and informing other people about me not wanting to pay them anymore, even though they were fraudulent! Be carefull with these guys. Their customer service is horrible beyond belief, and they owner tried to bulldog me into continuing business with him. NO WAY!
