Tips for The Triple Door Theater & Musicquarium Lounge

Great Spot!. We almost let the two negative reviewers talk us out of our first visit to the Triple Door. The draw of Danilo Perez won out, and lucky for us we took a chance and went.

This place is cool ans swank, and the service was perfect. We didn't eat dinner, just an appetizer and drinks. There was no pressure, but the server seemed always to be around when we needed anything. He was very cool and complemented the atmosphere. We noticed other tables around us who seemed to enjoy his service as well.

This is a great, albeit pricey spot. Worth saving up your bucks for a romantic evening with good music.

:). Great atmosphere......terrible service! I won't go back unless I just go for the music and don't want anything to eat or drink. Go to Wild Ginger upstairs for that! Also, the cover charge was really high.

Choose another place -. Went last night (sunday) to listen to what was advertised as "Latin Percussion". Got there at 8:50, there were 3 other tables and waited 15 minutes for someone to approach us and ask us if we wanted drinks. Another 15 minutes and the drinks arrived. No straws, no napkins. The band is not Latin Percussion, it's Latin Jazz, which by the way was not the greatest, especially during it's many off key moments. I'm glad we ate at the Wild Ginger before hand, because we would have starved waiting for service.

We will try again, on another evening. Hopefully the music will be better next time. The atmosphere is actually really nice, but I see why their business is dying (see Seattle Weekly's article 3/08/04).

Terrible Service. Great atmosphere, but terrible service. It took over 45 minutes to get a served and the waitress was rude when she brought it. Being a new bar, I hope they can get it together soon.

Excellent. This place rocks! The sound system in the best I have ever heard, anywhere. The theatre is beautiful and the bar is swanky. The servers are nice and attentive.
