Worst Customer Service. I ate at Purple last weekend and had the worst customer service from the manager. They were out of two of the wines I ordered and didn't even offer me a third wine at a similar price. In fact they tried to sell me a terrible bottle at double the price. The manager was rude and the food was awful. All the food was cold and tasteless.…

good food and wine. I've been three times now and enjoyed it. I've always been happy with the wine. The lobster mac and cheese was OK. The bacon wrapped scallop appetizer was nice. I really enjoyed the Sesame Crusted Ahi although the rice cake that came with it was only OK. Service was great and the waiter didn't mock my choice of wine with a meal it didn't "go" with. The restaurant is VERY crowded. It had the vibe of a place people went to see and be seen. Last time my husband and I went a little before the rush and we had a lovely meal.…
