Great place!. I recently sent my daughter to Cassie's with a friend for her 16th birthday. Not only was Lisa wonderful to deal with, the girls loved their service and talked about it the rest of the day.

I highly recommend Cassie's Spa and hope to treat myself there soon.

Best skin care ever!. Lisa takes great pains to ensure you get the results you're looking for and I've gotten great results at prices that are far less than other practitioners. Don't waste another minute or all that money. Go see Lisa today!

Favorite oasis in the Ballard area. Never been to a spa before, but my experience at Cassie's Place is by far the best. Convenient area, no problems getting an appointment & you will leave feeling a sense of calmness...and you will keep coming back for more...

Best Place for Skin Care, don't go anywhere else!!!. This is the BEST place in Seattle for skin care. Throughout my whole life I have had problems with acne and now I don't thanks to Lisa. She was my last hope before I was going to go on acne medicine yet again. After a cleansing facil and some new products, my skin is not a worry anymore. Lisa gives great advice on skin care and has very reasonable prices. Where were you Lisa during my teenage acne years?! Plus Lisa has great monthly specials!

Great, relaxing, reasonably priced facial. Lisa is really great! I had a facial that left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. My only caution is that if you plan to get a facial, make sure you don't have any special events going on within 3 or 4 days, as those of us with really sensitive skin may experience some peeling afterward, even with the mildest of treatments. But if you're looking for some pampering in a comfortable, relaxing environment with a great practitioner and a reasonable price, I recommend Cassie's Place.

Great advice on acne facial/treatment. Recently went to Cassies's place skincare for my very first acne/cleansing facial after reading all the positive reviews from others. Was nervous at first considered the fact that my skin is very sensitive and was becoming acne prone after an allergic reaction, was uncertain if facial would help calm down the problem. Lisa, the owner/esthetician, looked over the skincare that I am currently using carefully and listened to my concerns about my skin, she even went online to research the specific product that I was allergic to for their ingredients. The room I was being placed was very relaxing with soft/soothing music playing in the background. She assessed my skin carefully and informed me what type of treatment/facial I will be getting based on my skin type/condition. Throughout the facial, we had friendly conversation about skincare and other subjects but at the same time recieving the peacefulness/tranquility you deserve to get at a spa. After my acne/cleansing facial, Lisa provided me tips on how to reduce my redness as well as providing me samples of different cleansers to try before deciding to purchase them. She understands the high price of skincare and her utlmate goal is to help clients find products that's suitable for them.

We keep in touch through email with updates on my skin condition, she would give more advice and analysis of my post facial condition. With just one facial done so far, my skin is seeing an improvement. Lisa is also quick to response to email appointment and questions asked via email. Of course phone appointment is also available. Will definitely return to see her for more skincare advice and facial!

Relaxation, revitalization, and pampering care for your skin and spirit!. I have been coming to Lisa (owner and sole aestheticician) for over 3 years. I began getting facials because my wedding was approaching and I wanted everything to be perfect. She helped me to have the most amazing skin and brought me relaxation at a time of stress! I continued going to Lisa usually every month for the last 3 years because she is so good at what she does. From the relaxing atmposphere and soft music of her space, to the bonus massages on your hands and feet while the facial works its magic! She is very knowledgeable about skin types (and I have been battling acne since I was a teenager) and is quick to let you sample a product before buying, and gives you tips in changing up your daily cleansing routine to help prevent breakouts. An hour with her is quite simply a treat - everything about her service is exceptional. From the variety and types of facials offered to the knowledge and insight she gives you about your own skin type, to the calming and revitalizing energy that surrounds her (after all she is a reiki master as well!).

If you haven't gone - go! It is so indulgent yet so affordable and worth every penny!

Busy Mom who LOVES Lisa!. I meant to come on here a long time ago to write this review, but I am glad that I didn't so I can respond to the one below. I have been going to Lisa for several months now so when I happened to read the review I would think that they had been to see a different person. I will agree that the room is small, but when I am laying there getting a great facial, what do I care? Plus, I think her room has really nice energy. Cassie's Place Skin Care isn't for you if you want to pay excessively high prices for mediore skin care in a snobby enviornment. Me personally, I would rather take the extra money and spend it on other things. Lisa and the Ballard Health Center are both very down to earth but for me that also means that the service is very personal and I can be very comfortable. Lisa isn't a product pusher but will certainly recommend products when I inquire and want them. She has let me try out many products in order to see what works best for my skin. She tells me what treatments are best for my skin but lets me do it at my own pace. The first time I went to see her, I asked when I should come back and she told me that my skin would let me knowand you know what....it did. I have found her peel treatments to be incredible for my skin and when it comes to wanting relaxation from a facial, I have never found a better place. So, my experiences have been great and positive and I recommend Lisa highly.

It was just okay.... Read the reviews and gave it try. Overall blah, not a dedicated facility, small room, and okay treatment. Maybe for most that would be enough but the room looks like an afterthought to what the building truly caters to which is massage.
