Thai all the way. Been going here for years and realized haven't reviewed it. Do 50/50 eat in and take out. Take out is hit or miss as the person taking the phone order sounds confused and I'm always skeptical my order will be correct... other than missing utensils or packing rice properly the orders have been spot on! I have yet to distinquish a major difference in their spicy star rating and find the 2 or 4 is the same. The combos are great deal at $9.95 and almost any regular lunch item can be made a combo for $1 more. The portions are huge and easily makes two full meals. Did not like Orange Chicken as the chicken was stringy and had a sickenly sweet suace. Tried it twice and neither one a hit. The heavenly beef SOUNDS good but it isn't. The flavor, coriander, is fine but the beef has a very chewy texture similar to beef jerky. Plus it is a big plate of meat with no vegetables or rice. Not for me. The lemongrass is my favorite followed up with curry. While the staff isn't friendly they are good at getting the lunch crowd thru without too much pain.

Cheap and Yummy!. I really like Nibbana. It's a lunch favorite for my co-workers and I. It's really quick and the food is always yummy. Sometimes it can get really crowded and you may have to wait for a table. The servers are really fast at getting you seated and bringing out the food. When they drop off the tab you can walk up to the front and pay. They can split the tab this way so it's easy for groups. The parking situation is the only big drawback. There really isn't anywhere to park other than the tiny lot they have out front. It's best to dine around 11:30ish.

Absoluetly Perfect. I have been coming to Nibanna Thai for quite some time now. It's conveniencly located right on 108th Ave NE by the Bellevue Transit Center. Although small, their restaurant packs some big flavor and meal sizes! They have slightly re-designed some of their appatizers, the "fresh spring rolls" are excellent. Just the perfect amount of lightly fried tofu, perfect balance of basil and other veggies tightly wrapped in fresh rice paper... they were deliciouis. For my main course I ordered the Guay Tuow... I have to say it was SUPPURB!!! The waiter explained after I had finished my entire bowl, I should note, that the chef has worked in several restaurants in Thailand and that this dish is expecially complicated to blend the spices juuuust right with everything else... It was incredible. My friend got the "phud thai" which is his favorite. Also absoluetly wonderful. I have to say I enjoyed Nibanna very much and would highly reccomend to anyone looking for some yummy thai food!

Best Thai on the eastside. My favorite Thai restaurant of all time is in Atlanta, GA (Thai Chili) but this is a very close second. The Pad Thai (which is the most basic measure of a Thai restaurant) is superb and the crispy garlic chicken is outstanding not to mention all the curry dishes.

I.D. (yes, that is his name) and all the staff are friendly and efficient.

This is the kind of place that you get comfortable with and become a regular before you know it. A must try particularly if you live on the eastside.

Best Damn Thai Restaurant in the area, and I eat a lot of Thai. The girls at the front counter are always very nice, the service is prompt, and the food is awesome! I still haven't had the ketchup overload in the Pad Thai, so I'm not sure what the other person is talking about. The food has just the right amount of spices and I just love it.

My wife, my daughters and my friends, and I are there once to twice a week. We just love the food.

Decent Thai food. We've been to Nibbana several times and have always been pleasantly surprised by

the food. It's light (not greasy) and tasty too. We like trying the curries and other dishes

that aren't the standard "gringo" Thai fare. The atmosphere is nice as well.

Best Thai Food in Bellevue. This place is awesome! They are priced reasonable, their food is incredibly delicious and they aim to please. The service is unbeattable and they even remember my name - I go there at least once a week (smile). It's the kind of place that my coworkers and I say is "Comfort food" - their soup is delicious and they give you a complimentary bowl of it upon seating. I love their Paneng and their Phad Thai. Lunch combinations are the best.

Ketcup in phad thai?. If I had reviewed Nibbana last month my rating would have been better. Last night, however, I had a terrible experience there. I ordered a phad thai, which I had ordered several times before there, and when it came it was full of ketchup! I understand that some thai restaurants "Americanize" their dishes this way but Nibbana's phad thai had never been this way before. It's unfortunate because until this had happened I loved their food. It's a shame but once you put ketchup in my phad thai I don't give you a second chance.
